PT IN MY POCKET is a revolutionary new way to train, providing you with HIIT workouts you can do anytime, anywhere and with no equipment or gym membership necessary.

The workouts are delivered to an amazing sound track of upbeat music, and with voice commands from your own pocket personal trainer!

Workouts range from 10 minutes through to 22 minutes and a new workout will be released every month with an opt to purchase. You will start out with 6 workouts and can have some fun adding them together, for example, the legs eleven workout (11 minutes) teamed with the trim tummy ten (10 minutes) to give you a 21 minute lower body and core session. Theres also a warm up and cool down track, these 2 are very important.

There are short demo videos from every exercise performed in the workout, so view them, try them (throw them in as part of your warm up!) and then play the workout! Play it through your speaker dock for max sound effects, or simply play it through your phone or with a headset.

Make sure you work nice and hard in your session, and make your own pocket PT super proud! Its time to get into the best shape of your life!
